My dad died in October, so I went to A. J. Lloyd, as they were the funeral directors we used for my mum, 9 years ago.
I can not recommend their services any higher. Jimmy thought of everything and was often one step ahead when I had a question. The whole staff were professional and attentive from picking up the body, planning the service, conducting the  cremation, and planning the interment.

From start to finish they have been so caring and dedicated.
I would particularly like to thank Andy at the Wallace Road branch for his care and compassion throughout.
The loss of my Dad has been devastating to us all and it was comforting to know that the team took care of everything, and knowing my Dad was taken care of until we were ready to collect his ashes.

The level of care and support we received from Adrian from the Allesley old road branch was second to none. From start to finished we have regular communication and even just emails and calls checking how we are doing. Adrian went above and beyond for the care of our wonderful friend. Even down to the finer detail everything was done perfectly we couldn’t have asked for a better. Adrian is compassion and caring and nothing was any trouble at all he is an asset to your company. Following the recent loss of my Mother,we were recommended by a friend to use A J Lloyd. I cannot speak too highly of them.

From my initial contact with them,they were all extremely sensitive,dignified and respectful troughout the whole experience.A friendly, considerate team who ensure the funeral is managed efficiently,allowing the family to come to terms with the situation in our own way.
